Here at Comfort Kingz we pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time. Call backs frustrate the customer and cause us to lose sleep. But even more important to us than that is not making customers believe they need more than they do. Nine times out of 10 everything was working fine and then it stopped. Something made it stop not several somethings. When your A/C breaks down and you need service we will come out and figure out the problem and give you options to correct it. No sales people here. We're not going to show up and try to sell you optional accessories and scare you into spending more money. We diagnose it. Fix it. And leave.
Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Installation
It's time. You've patched it up and you've kept your system running for as long as you can. But it's showing it's age, running up your electric bill and constantly breaking down. Replacement is going to be the only option now. It's daunting and expensive. But you've decided to rip off the bandaid to save yourself money in the long run.
At Comfort Kingz we offer free estimates on system replacement. When you call we will take down all pertinent information and set up an appointment to evaluate your system. When we show up we'll take all measurements and pictures of your system and work up a quote on the spot.


Maintenance
As previously discussed in our service section... we aren't out here to retire off of each visit. Not our modus operandi. But maintenance is important. We recommend routine maintenance twice per year but at a bare minimum once per year. Also known as a "tune up" in our industry. Not much happens here. We flush the drain line to make sure it doesn't clog up on you, change the filter and check over the whole system. It's a checkup at the doctor basically. Were going to look at the refrigerant charge, check amperage draws on all the motors and check small components like capacitors and contactors. It's a peace of mind visit to get a set of eyes on the system and make sure theres nothing going on with it. If it needs something we'll let you know but if not... we leave and hopefully don't see you until the next visit.
